We honor the interconnectedness of body, spirit, and land by integrating practices from expressive arts, somatic healing, forest therapy, chakra alignment, womb wisdom, and sacred storytelling. Rooted: A Forest Therapy Journey for Grounding & Root Chakra Healing
A ceremonial walk into stillness, strength, and connection with the Earth for women and girls ages 16+. This is an opportunity for individuals with the physical ability and appropriate footwear to walk on a ~3km local hiking trail at a comfortable pace and designed for intentional stillness and reflection.

A journey into truth-telling, creative clarity, and unblocking expression through art, movement, and ritual.

Reclaiming the Sacred Womb: Storytelling & Art Therapy Journey for Women
This workshop is rooted in sacred feminine healing, ancestral remembrance, and creative expression, and is an immersive journey for individuals who identify as women or womb-bearing beings.

Embodied Radiance: A Solar Plexus & Sacral Chakra Journey Through Art, Story & Ritual
A guided expressive arts workshop that focuses on healing and activating the solar plexus (personal power, self-worth, confidence) and sacral chakra (creativity, emotional flow, sensuality) for women.

Fireside Gathering Series for Women
A transformative sacred healing circle for women's spirit, ancestral re-membering and elemental wisdom. This is a 5-part campfire gathering series which weaves women's healing through sisterhood and storytelling, sacred ceremony, earth wisdom, open-fire cooking, and sharing a meal together.
